When you order fresh citrus from Arizona Orange Company, it’s our number one priority to ensure that it arrives at its destination the peak of perfection — ready to be enjoyed.

Our Shipping Process

When you place an order online for fresh fruit, you want to make sure it arrives in a timely manner and in perfect condition. We try to ship every 2-3 weeks, but sometimes weather prevents us from picking in the orchard or shipping to cold regions. In order to ensure delivery of fresh fruit, we may ship early or late depending on the circumstances. It is our decision when we ship. If you have a specific timeline for a shipment to arrive, please contact us so that we can do our best to accommodate your schedule. After your order is received on our website, it may take a few days or even weeks to ship your order. We typically ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. We do this in order to avoid shipments sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend. Long waits in a warehouse are not typical because Fed-Ex Home Delivery delivers 7 days a week.

Our fruit isn’t made in a factory and we cannot control Mother Nature. Therefore, Exact shipping and package arrival times are never guaranteed!

In order to provide the most reliable shipping services, Arizona Orange Company has partnered with Fed-Ex Home Delivery. This service moves packages and delivers 7 days a week, including Sundays. Keep in mind that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Perishable Food Gifts

Some of our food gifts consist of items that are prone to spoil during shipping if not delivered in a timely manner. Occasionally, there are shipping delays that are unavoidable. Since the fruit we ship can spoil if not delivered quickly, please be aware that we do our best to get the citrus to you as fast as possible. Some delays and issues are simply out of our control. If there is an issue, contact us so that we can make it right! We cannot control the shipping times or delivery issues on behalf of Fed-Ex. We take replacement due to late delivery on a case-by-case basis.

California, Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries

Shipping fruit to California requires a special permit and inspection. Currently, we are unable to offer shipping to California. Due to the journey ahead of our amazing Arizona gifts when being shipped to certain states, we have to show a little extra love to ensure they arrive safely. When shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please anticipate an increased shipping fee.

Shipping to a P.O. Box

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at all! Please use an address that is not a P.O. Box.

Delivery Guarantee

Our goal is to make your experience with our small company an awesome one! While we strive for this with each Arizona gift that we ship, some things are out of our control. Small delays from the carrier (1-3 days) are not grounds for a refund unless the fruit is molded or frozen. In the event that a correction to an address needs to be made in order for your gift to reach its destination, we reserve the right to charge an $18 fee (the fee that Fed-Ex charges us). Please double check that all information is entered correctly to ensure accurate deliver of your citrus. We are only able to guarantee delivery to the address provided at checkout.
