Description

Arizona Blood Oranges are unique and delicious. They feature a rough-ish looking skin with a deep red (almost wine colored) fruit inside. Blood Oranges have a flavor that you can’t forget. We pack and ship these oranges fresh from the orchard — usually within 24 hours! The season for blood oranges in Arizona is usually Mid-December through the end of January. The season can vary, but we usually ship early to mid January. We have a limited supply every year and we only do one shipment! The blood orange is often (and incorrectly) described as a hybrid between a pomelo and a tangerine or other citrus, but it is actually just a genetic mutation of a sweet orange. Blood oranges are a real treat in a sangria, too!

Blood oranges do contain seeds. However, the seeds are small and there aren’t very many in each orange.

Due to the limited supply, we do have a limit of 20 lbs per shipping address.
