When you order fresh citrus from Arizona Orange Company, it’s our number one priority to ensure that it arrives at its destination the peak of perfection, ready to be enjoyed. In order to provide the best service possible, there are a few items that we ask our customers to keep in mind.

Our Shipping Process

When you place an order online for fresh fruit, you want to make sure it arrives in a timely manner and in perfect condition. In order to ensure that we are able to provide this to each of our customers, Arizona Orange Company has partnered with UPS and the US Postal Service.

After your order is received please allow us 3-5 business days to process and ship your order.

Perishable Food Gifts

Some of our food gifts consist of items that are prone to spoil during shipping if not packaged correctly. In order to avoid this, there may an additional fee of $8.95 to cover special packaging.

Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries

Due to the journey ahead of our amazing Arizona gifts when being shipped to certain states, we have to show a little extra love to ensure they arrive safely. When shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please anticipate an additional fee of $9.95 per item.

Shipping to a P.O. Box

If shipping to a P.O. Box, please select delivery via USPS. If UPS is selected, an additional fee of $5.95 will be applied to your order.

Delivery Guarantee

In the event that a correction to an address needs to be made in order for your gift to reach its destination, we reserve the right to do so. Please double check that all information is entered correctly, to ensure accuracy. We are only able to guarantee delivery to the address provided.
